After a short study of your process we send a written scope with fixed deliverables, a timeline and a price. Nothing is charged before you approve it. Payment is typically 50% to start and 50% on delivery, by bank transfer, Wise or Remitly.

You do. Scripts live in your Google account, repositories and hosting are in your name or transferred at handover, and you receive the full source code with documentation.
Yes, and we usually prefer to. If Google Sheets or your current CRM is working, we automate and integrate around it rather than replace it. We recommend a new system only when the current one is the bottleneck.
